MONDAY MUGSHOT #13




WHAT A LAZY BITCH.  No posts all week, with no excuse other than return to normality brain scramble, and a lost camera charger *slow handclap*.

I am SO poor after Christmas, but the gold Shu Uemura eyelash curlers are back in stock at Space NK and I'm sorely tempted.  Cheap eyelash curlers barely do anything for me, plus someone recently made the very good point that it's ridiculous to spend twenty three quid on a mascara and only four quid on bit of metal used on the most delicate part of your face (of course, some people would probably argue that what's ridiculous is spending twenty three quid on mascara in the first place).  My mouse has been hovering over the checkout button for the past three days.  Must.  Resist.

Did you hear the news about the Alber Elbaz/Lancome collaboration?  Apparently Elle (UK) have dibs on unveiling the collection in their June edition, and the actual products will be on the shelves on 15 June.  Here's a teeny tiny teaser:

  3. I haven't heard about it no, it's a cute teaser video! Love your hair is these photos. I despise my eyelash curlers, I think they make my eyelashes look worse. I'd love to have a workable pair one day! xo

  9. what a pretty little ad! as for the whole mascara thing... I too end up splurging on the mascara and not the curler. but according to the ever so knowledgable makeup gurus on youtube, there are wonderful drugstore products out there! For me, it's just a matter of being too lazy to find them hehe

  26. oh gosh that little clip was so cute. i love the illustrations so much. excited for this collab. btw i own the shu uemura eyelash curler and i absolutely love it and think it is worth the price - it really is a good point when you are spending so much on mascara you might as well have the top tools to work with it!
